Urgently Required Legal Counsel for one of the Reputed MNC Client in Mumbai.

LLB/LLM (Contract Management, Contract Negotiation, Arbitration Must)

Job Description:

- Reviewing the contracts, commercial terms and conditions, GCC (General Condition of Contract) & SCC (Special Condition of Contract) of Tender & Bidding document raised by Government, PSU and Private entities and advising on the risk mitigation methods

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating a wide range of national and international commercial contracts, which inter-alia supply and purchasing agreements, contracts of work, outsourcing contracts, NDA, Integrity Pact, Business Partner Agreement, Master Service Agreements, Technical Licenses Agreement, Commission Agreement, Consortium Agreement, Pre-bidding Agreement, Service level Agreement, MOU's, Framework Contract, Rate Contract, Agency Distributorship Agreement, etc.

- Sharing knowledge with Business Partners, conduct Legal Workshop and Legal training for non-legal

- Extending support to Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager in contract and claim related matters like - extension of time, change order, claims, waiver of liquidated damages, termination of contract, etc.

- Supporting business in active and passive claim management by analyzing the contract with regard to the legal foundation of the respective claim

- Performs routine legal work.

- Addresses legal questions and projects under the supervision of more experienced attorney for a portion of their work in more complex legal questions and projects

- Builds professional experience and learns the practical aspects of applied law, as well as the functions of the business

- Demonstrates some specialization proficiency in an area of law, specialty, function, or geographic region.
