- They are currently looking for Legal Counsel with 3 - 8 years of experience in managing complex technology contracts globally based in Mumbai or Bangalore. Ideal candidate should be Law graduate.

- He/she should be well versed in drafting, reviewing and negotiating global commercial contracts including software licenses and services.

- Candidate should have handled complex contracts and specific commercial projects.

- Incumbent should be able to provide legal advice to technology team and coordinate with various business unit lawyers.

- Support the management with compliance, risk management and dispute resolution.

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
