Looking for a legal professional with LLB and experience in telecommunication, banking laws / commercial laws / Intellectual Property Laws/law of contract/law on IT and communication, etc.   The candidate should have excellent drafting skills command over the English language. The candidate should be interested in creating value for and working collaboratively with company's vendors, customers, and employees. The candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:  1) Handling drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various commercial contracts;  2) Establish and run the company's regulatory compliance program;  3) Manage the company's IP protection program;  4) Provide legal guidance, training, and opinion to business;  5) Support company's leadership team with due diligence on special projects, new initiatives and mergers & acquisition specifically in India while supporting the company's global growth; and  6) Liaise with authorities in the region and address legal and regulatory requirements relating to the company's products and services.  A candidate with a mix of law firm and in-house experience with 5 to 10 years of PQE will be preferred.
