Legal Counsel - Internet/eCommerce - LLB

Requirements & Responsibilities :

- 2-4 years of legal experience from a leading law firm and/or in-house from an Indian or multinational corporation

- Law degree from top 4 law schools in India

- Experience in handling company matters - contracts, Labour Law, consumer complaints

- Ability to work independently and contribute successfully to cross-functional teams/ services

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, follow through and meet deadlines

- Demonstrated experience of sound judgment even in ambiguous situations

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Strong analytical skills with strong business acumen
