Legal Counsel - Contract Management - Office Automation

We are looking for candidates having experience into a Legal role (Majorly for Contract Management) for our esteemed client which is an MNC belonging to office automation industry based at Gurgaon.

(ONLY APPLY IF INTO CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ROLE MAJORLY)

Please find below details about the opening:

1) The position is responsible for Contract Management i.e. drafting, vetting, standardization and negotiation of agreements/ commercial contracts needed for business operations of the company.

2) The position is responsible for Legal advisory towards business operations of the company.

3) The positions are responsible for Risk Mitigation i.e. Dispute Resolution / Litigation Support i.e. handling and monitoring of the legal cases primarily potential Consumer issue, Consumer Litigations, Recovery matters, Arbitration, Insolvency matters, Legal Metrology issues and Legal Notices.

4) The person should be very clear in communication, with logical thinking & practical approach, having very good negotiation skills, with proper business understanding, maintaining a fine balance between the legal requirement and business requirement and also should be able to liaise effectively with the lawyers quite independently.
