Legal Counsel - BPO/ITeS

- Provide high quality, reliable legal advice and support on contractual and commercial negotiations. This will include negotiating, reviewing and approving service agreements, funding agreements, partnerships, joint ventures and other collaborative agreements licenses, leases, NDAs

- Working with and supporting the Head of Legal in providing advice on complex issues arising under India law, liaising with local lawyers in countries where the organisation operates, and being cognisant of international legal obligations

- Working with and supporting the Legal Department in advising and assisting with key organisational policies

- Working with and supporting the Legal Department to advise on meeting our data protection obligations

- General support and advice on matters related to the delivery of the organisation's programmes

- Advising & managing the notarisation and legalisation process

- Providing legal support and advice for the organisations trademark portfolio, licensing and registration process
