Legal Counsel - BFSI/Manufacturing

- Thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects in Corporate Banking; Trade Finance and working capital lending

- Draft and review all kinds of agreements, make any amendments or limit the agreements etc.

- Gather all parties to complete the transaction, ensuring all agreed terms are reflected in the loan and that all documents have been properly signed and witnessed

- Ensure contracts are structured, negotiated and drafted in a way that ensures risks are minimized

- Liaise with global stakeholders

- Negotiate with the opposite party to agree with the terms of the deal and record them accurately in the facility documentation
