Legal Counsel

Experience: 18-24 Years

Educational Requirement: LLB / LLM-Preferable / MBA - Preferable

Basic Purpose

Support Legal Counsel: in drafting of Agreements, legal policies, standardization of documents etc. Conducting Legal research to ensure due diligence on projects that are being handled.

Job Roles:

- Actively participates in driving portfolio companies. Derive business transaction value through negotiations.

- Must have extensive knowledge of litigation & compliance requirements of the Indian Law

- Networking on behalf of portfolio companies wherever deemed necessary.

- Mentoring the leadership and management of such companies and bringing in co-investor partners as needed, resulting in added value and maximized exit opportunities.

- Play an advisory role to portfolio companies

- Drafting & vetting of agreements on all aspects

- Conducting Legal research to ensure a comprehensive due diligence prior to investments, exits & increasing share.

- Must have various industry experience
