Legal Consultant - Real Estate - LLB

- Drafting contracts, sales deeds, agreements, handling major Non - Litigation.

- Provide business oriented legal advice to decision makers.

- Contribute to the business development activities and assist in transaction documentation

- Be adept in Drafting, Vetting, Review & negotiating various Agreements

- Independent working, pro-active, practical, qualitative and cost-effective legal support to business development functions

- Candidate should be Qualified Lawyer with minimum 8-10 years experience in Real Estate of a mid-size organization experience in working in cross functional teams.

Candidate should be from MUMBAI ONLY WORKING IN REAL ESTATE Company.
