The professionals is expected to :

1. Carry out title due diligence and title verification himself/herself. This includes carrying out end to end diligence and not just reviewing of title reports.

2. He/She is also expected to review and negotiate and close negotiations on lease agreements.

3. Run the title due diligence division independently.

4. Have good communication skills.

5. To be based out of Delhi/NCR.

6. This will be a work from office role and will gradually gravitate towards a hybrid model.
