Legal & Compliance Role - Insurance

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure Legal, Regulatory And Statutory Compliances As Set Out In The Compliance Calendar Including For Reliance Health Insurance Limited:

i) Time bound & Ad hoc report/information/reply submission, whether Physical or BAP reporting to IRDAI/GIC/Department of Financial Services etc including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Annual Submissions

ii) Co-ordinating for Implementation of circulars/Guidelines/Regulations from Authority, co-ordination and submission of our comments on the exposure drafts

iv) implementing Self certification process as per BPMS which includes circulating department specific compliance checklist for sign off.

v) Implementation of online compliance monitoring tool across the organisation.
