Job Description:

1) Looking out for candidates who has more work exp on legal side - mainly worked on investment documents.

2) To ensure that all the agreements with the Investee Companies are executed properly, duly stamped, duly signed, and kept in safe custody with the company. All deviations to be reported forthwith. Wherever documentation is not proper, to follow up with the concerned person / investee companies and regularise transactions expeditiously.

3) To ensure that the applicable regulations under the Venture Capital Guidelines of Sebi, Companies Act and Trust Regulations are compiled into as applicable by both the Fund and Investment management company.

4) To ensure that the check list of documents (as annexed) is collected by the Fund with regard to each and every investment made by the Fund in various companies.
