Designation : Legal Claim Head

Location : Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Experience : Minimum 5 years on Motor Legal Claim

Salary : Hike based on current CTC

Industry : General Insurance Only

Role :

- Should Handled a team of Managers to Executives for monitoring & keeping track record of the litigation/cases of Motor Accidental Claims Petitions including Appeals & Writs, Employee Compensation Claims, Commercial claims, Consumer complaints, PLA's and Ombudsman Matters pending across the mentioned areas before various Concerned Courts across all states.

- To manage and administer day to day proceedings of above mentioned matters at different tires of litigation.

- Interaction and meetings on regular basis with Investigation vertical to discuss over fraud, TAT and Claims related complicated issues.

- Interaction and meetings on regular basis with Advocates to discuss on Settlements, Court trends, Defenses and specifically on fraudulent claims.
