Legal Associate - ISDA - Bank

We have an opportunity with one of our clients which is a leading MNC Banks.

Need transactional experience, with Law firm ( NO BPO Experience needed)

The Key activities performed by desk in Mumbai includes (but not limited to) -

- Assisting the onshore desk in execution of derivatives and financing trades.

- Legal documentation, reviewing of legal documents, negotiations, preparation of sales pitch, maintaining internal database.

- Coordination with onshore team, traders, coverage, other internal groups and assist in end to end execution of trades,

- Provide support for any other ad-hoc activities as may be required by the onshore team

Key Competencies

- Strong understanding of ISDA and loan documentation

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work flow, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail and high level of motivation

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to drive assignments autonomously

- Excellent communication skills and self motivated.
