Qualifications:
- Experience working with contract administration concepts, practices, procedures.
- Strong English communication skills written and oral.
- Ability to work in a global cross-functional team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Contract Management in particular risk and issue management, subcontract management experience.
- Experience working in a complex environment.
- Ability to manage large or multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up, highly organized.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills & ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience working with various databases and online tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment & Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private.
- Handling escalated Legal issue with Customer Care.
- Handling internal department compliance.
Requirements:
- Law Degree from an accredited university
- 1+ years experience in Contracts Management, business or Law in an IT environment
- Previous experience with IT company in a similar role.
