Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with engineering, design, sales and customer success teams to collect and prioritise product inputs

- Conducting primary and secondary research to take inform product decisions

- Problem definition and solution design and validation

- Creating epics, stories and documentation for product development

- Defining and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure results

- Managing product roadmap, including pricing, segmentation etc.

- Contributing to the overall product strategy

- Being a significant contributor to the product management practice and culture at Leena AI

Requirements:

- Strong product management skills and relevant work experience of 3+ years as a Product manager in a B2C or B2B2C , or B2B SaaS company

- Should have done B.tech/BE from Tier-1 college (Mandatory)

- Ideally experience working on an analytics heavy product or business intelligence platform

- A natural passion for product management & building software products

- Proven experience translating customer needs into engineering requirements

- Experience facing customers, navigate several sources of feedback, and understanding the root cause of product inputs

- Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritise multiple projects

- Proven track record of taking ownership, managing a complex product and driving results

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to communicate to various stakeholders and people of varied technical ability

- Good relationship-building skills with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization
