Responsibilities:

Solution Expertise: Utilize your extensive understanding of HR technology solutions, particularly ERP or similar implementations, to provide expert guidance during the pre-sales process. Analyze client requirements and align them with our product offerings, demonstrating how our solutions can effectively address their specific challenges.

Presentation and Demonstration: Create and deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops showcasing the value and capabilities of our HR technology solutions, particularly within the context of ERP or similar systems. Customize presentations to address the unique needs and pain points of each prospective client.

Technical Consultation: Collaborate with our technical team to address client inquiries and technical concerns, especially those related to ERP integrations and implementations. Provide comprehensive technical explanations, answer questions, and ensure clients have a clear grasp of our solutions' functionalities.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to gather insights into their existing HR processes and pain points, particularly within ERP contexts. Translate these insights into compelling value propositions highlighting the advantages of our solutions.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR technology industry, with a proven track record in presales, solution consulting, or a related role, with a strong focus on ERP or similar product implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, HRIS, talent management, workforce analytics, and ERP systems.

- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, particularly within ERP or related contexts.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to solution design and development, especially in ERP environments.

- Proficient problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing client needs and tailoring solutions, especially within the realm of ERP systems.
