- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers. o Work as a learning partner to ensure we continue to raise bars in terms of quality of training for different workstreams. o Work on employee experience -Onboarding and soft skill training program across the organization, in consultation with the department heads, including the assessment methods o Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions and coaching. o Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs
- Define ROI on every training program delivered
- Able to inspire and leads others to achieve challenging results.
- To develop good working relationships with colleagues and other internal departments.
