Position; Manager - Learning & Development
Location: Hyderabad
Key responsibilities:
- Would be responsible for L&D for AP-Circle
- Competency Mapping of the Employees to the Desired Competencies
- GAP Analysis along with Training Needs Identification and Analysis
- Content Design and Development both In-house and with Vendors
- Planning the Behavioral Training and Training Calendar Rollout for both Internal and External
- Responsible for Delivery of Training
- Post Training Analysis to check the effectiveness of Training
- Training Cost Calculation and ensuring Optimal expenditure
- Building the Competency Management Framework
- Success Planning of the employees
