Reporting to Head HR.

- Learning and Development initiatives.

- OD and Training development.

- Development of Training content.

- Responsible for executing the OD initiatives for the organization including Leadership and Training development.

- Conceptualizing, designing.

- Design and develop the Assessment Centers.

- Execution all Talent management processes.

- Design and develop Assessment Centers.
