Manage Learning & Development (L&D) function across Regions, pan India  - Responsible for Technical, Skill, Behavioral and cultural learning initiative  - Develop strategy and roadmap for L&D  - Conceptualize L&D initiatives for productivity, capability building and quality enhancement  - Identify training needs, analyze gap by constantly assessing the business environment, pace of changing organization, changing skill sets and creating a learning organization culture  - Develop and execute L&D plan  - Measure and improve effectiveness of trainings  - Formulation of policies and procedures for L&D  - Work alongside Business and Regional HR Heads in deploying HR programs  - Interact regularly with HODs, Internal customers and counterparts to understand the changing needs for possible reforms and process enhancement  - Creating strategic linkages between Talent Development
