Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understand different job roles and map competencies (Technical & Behavioral)
- Facilitate evaluation of competencies of members against mapped competencies
- Develop Training plan & budget based on competency evaluation
- Identify the cost-effective training sources and facilitates Training & development programs as per the approved plan
- Administers spending against the departmental budget
- Evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain appropriate training records
Skills & Competencies :
- Knowledge of principles & procedures of Training & development system
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook is must
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize things and strong problem-solving skills
