Learning & Development Specialist

To manage and identify programs/workshops, which meet the identified training needs and business imperatives.

To coordinate training programs across Division and ensure integration of strategy/training inputs across functions and levels.

To evaluate the impact of training, the efficacy of the Training programs, Training methodologies in use, on an ongoing basis.

To ensure timely management, calenderisation, Liaising with the training partner and as per plan delivery.

To formulate L & D strategy and devise L & D initiatives in order to build such people capabilities that ensures the achievement of Business needs and objectives of the Division

Review and consolidate the Annual Development Plan process

Incorporate the role based Learning Plan

Strengthen the training inventory based on identified training needs.

Relook at the existing functional competency framework.

Assess and modify it to address the changing business requirements.

Monitor and actively use outcomes to identify the tangible benefits of training and development

Coordinate for all L&D driven initiatives

Building an environment of minimum trainings per employee, coordinating logistics and taking accountability to deliver effective L & D programs.

The ability to build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management methods.

Strong ability to build personal rapport with all stakeholders.

Superior strategic planning and organisational skills with a hands-on execution style.

Proven ability to align and integrate the department's goals with the overall company strategy.
