Working Model: work from office
Mandatory - Candidate who can come for face to face interview meeting. Bangalore based candidates will be preferred.
Note:
- Traveling to different regions for business requires 30 days of travel every quarter or half year.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain knowledge for respective lines of businesses
- Actively research process SOP and remain up-to-date on developments within the respective line of business
- Develop and update training content and lesson plan on periodic basis
- Conduct Train The Trainer program with internal trainers on the new content
- Schedule and conduct meetings with business stakeholders to proactively identify topics to be addressed or areas in need of additional instruction
- Regular connect with the business stakeholder to seek and gather information regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve
- Develop and implement standardized training SOP across all business applications
- Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
- Perform periodic training audit to check the health of training and recommend solutions to improve training efficiency
- Share periodic dashboards with stakeholders
- Monitor dashboard performance regularly and recommend solutions
