Job Location - Bangalore

Seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager with 8 to 9 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the whole gamut of learning and development, from conducting training needs analysis to designing and delivering effective learning programs. The role also entails planning a calendar, executing training programs, identifying suitable vendors and working closely with business stakeholders.

Skills required:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 8 to 9 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on learning and development.

- Proven experience in managing the whole gamut of learning and development including training needs analysis, planning, execution and vendor management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in managing a team of trainers and L&D specialists.

- Knowledge of the latest L&D trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and learning needs across the organization.

- Design and develop a comprehensive learning and development calendar aligned with business needs and goals.

- Execute and deliver high-quality training programs that address identified skill gaps and align with the business objectives.

- Identify and collaborate with external vendors as required to support the delivery of the training programs.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration to understand business objectives and align learning programs with business goals.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the learning and development initiatives.

- Manage the L&D budget to ensure optimal use of resources.

- Stay up to date with the latest L&D trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement of the L&D function.
