Basic Qualification :
- 3- 5 years of core L&D experience. Preferably in a technology company
- Must be a post graduate, preferably MBA or Masters in Organizational Learning and Development/Psychology from an accredited University
- Minimum one year experience planning, coordinating, and executing small to medium scale events
Primary job responsibilities :
- Understand each business group and conduct training needs analysis for the team
- Plan and create a quarterly training calendar based on the business needs
- Prepare and present training MIS and data analysis on ROI for each training program to metrics team
- Coordinate and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective participation in all training programs run internally and external
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend suggestions to enhance program quality
- Identify & Evaluate external training vendors, handle contract agreement changes and cost negotiations.
- Execute end to end training operational activities including organizing training materials, ordering supplies, logistics, including room reservation and setup, food, materials, travel requests, processing invoices, shipping, and waitlist management, etc.
- Support and collaborate with HR, managers and corporate L&D for all learning and development initiatives.
- Single point of contact for all training sessions
- Understand the learning management system and build awareness to all new hires in the organization.
- Engage with India and Global L&D teams to develop new programs, adopt best practices across location.
