- A full time MBA/PGDM in HR with an experience in Learning and Development role.
- Identifying Training Need for all the employees
- Develop Learning Interventions
- Deliver training sessions on behavioral competencies for Junior to mid management employees
- Measure training impact / effectiveness of training programs and take counter measures
- Understanding of L&D practices, familiar with E-learning platforms.
- Maintaining budget and managing relationships with Training Partners and Consultants
