Job Profile :

Driving the L&D agenda by overseeing end-end maintenance of the LMS, successfully implementing various org-wide as well as targeted learning interventions contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Type of Role : Individual Contributor

Primary Stakeholders : HR Business Partners across locations, Corporate HR teams and external Learning Partners.

- Financial Outcomes Efficiently manage the budget allocated for learning and development initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Evaluate and track the effectiveness of learning programs

- Customer Service Design and implement innovative organization-wide behaviorist learning interventions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

- Lead the development and curation of cutting-edge learning content to meet the evolving needs of the workforce Engage with internal stakeholders to understand and address their learning needs.

- Provide responsive and effective customer service to employees participating in learning programs.

- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- End to end management of learning interventions (online/self paced and offline).

- Internal Processes Oversee end-to-end administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System, ensuring seamless operations.

- Conduct learning needs analysis, FGDs to identify gaps and align learning interventions with organizational objectives.

- Streamline internal processes related to program design, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder management for optimal efficiency.

- Regularly monitor, track, and report progress on overall organizational learning and for audit requirements.

- Innovation and Learning Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative solutions to the organization.

- Foster a culture of learning within the organization by promoting and supporting ongoing professional development opportunities through communication campaigns. Identify innovative ways of increasing traffic for professional skills programs offered by TMTC and external learning providers.

- Support the team in areas of Talent Management at organizational level.
