Purpose of the position : Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) is responsible for conducting skills mapping, identifying training needs, developing and implementing learning and organizational development strategies, overseeing L&D operations, managing budgets, enhancing employee engagement, and leveraging the Learning Management System (LMS). The role focuses on aligning skills development with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Essential Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

Roles and Responsibility:

Skills Mapping:

- Conduct comprehensive mapping of skills for various roles within the organization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify current and future skill needs.

Identify Training Needs:

- Assess and identify training needs across departments and roles.

- Develop strategies to address skill gaps through targeted training programs.

OD Strategies:

- Design and execute organizational development strategies to support business objectives.

- Implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and foster positive change.

L&D Operation and Analytics:

- Oversee day-to-day L&D operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Utilize analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and make data-driven decisions.

L&D Budget:

- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Provide regular reports on budget status and recommend adjustments as needed.

HiPos And Individual Development Plan:

- Identify and nurture high-potential employees.

- Collaborate with managers to create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives through L&D programs.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of engagement activities and make improvements.

Learning Management System (LMS):

- Implement and manage the Learning Management System to facilitate online learning and training initiatives.

- Ensure the LMS aligns with organizational goals and supports a seamless learning experience.
