We are hiring for a leading Education Group for Learning & Development Role
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learning & Development: Responsible for leading the L&D function across the organisation covering all aspects of the L&D life cycle like TNI, Design, Delivery, defining L&D ROI, MIS Management, dashboarding, e-learning, LMS management/ L&D automation, Budgeting & building the L&D annual operating plan.
The scope of the training would be both technical training on business practices as well as on soft skill enhancement.
Recommending the accurate program components (including content, conceptual frameworks, courses, and other training) - for all levels of training
- Leadership Development: Working with the Organisation Development specialist to design the development program for high potential employees across levels. Will be responsible for executing the essential developmental levers like coaching/mentoring to the mid-level employees. Report the overall effectiveness of each initiative.
- OD Intervention: Working with the Organisation Development specialist and Head of HCM on need- based organisational interventions like culture analysis and carry out culture enhancement programs.
- Collaborating with business leaders to assess the business problems, organisational cultures, leadership challenges, and intended objectives for change programs
- Work closely with the HCM Business Partners to design cutting-edge employee induction programs
- Hire, train, mentor & monitor a high performing L&D team
- Provide insight and feedback on organisational capabilities that can be used to adjust or enhance the change program and deepen the value delivered to the clients
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors/Masters in any discipline
- 10-12 years- experience in learning & development in the services industry
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage large-scale learning programs
Demonstrated ability to manage individuals and teams
Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams
Pre-requisites:
- Ability to navigate matters to closure in ambiguous situations
- Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverable
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to large audiences and leadership teams
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task while working on stringent timelines
- Attention to detail and commitment to get things done.
