Job Profile : The Learning and Development Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day learning and development (L&D) activities and within the HR team. This role will coordinate all L&D activities but also partner with business managers, other members of the L&D department, and HR. Activities include managing the L&D Specialists and regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers. You should be a friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Drive corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives. Develop strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure ethical practices. Monitor and report on environmental and social impact, fostering positive change within the organization."

Role Profile :

Key Accountabilities :

- Developing and implementing a learning strategy aligned with our organization's objectives.

- Understanding the training needs of different business units and implementing diverse training methods.

- Managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with external training providers.

- Designing and creating training materials, including e-learning courses.

- Evaluating the success of development plans and adapting them as needed.

- Recruiting and leading the L&D specialists team.

- Overseeing the HR team's development from a training perspective.

- Serving as the primary contact for all training and development inquiries.

- Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.

- Staying updated on the latest learning trends, theories, and technologies.

- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with the company's values and business

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations.

- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote sustainability throughout the organization.

Person Profile :

Experience and Specific Requirements :

- The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.

- Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience; 3+ years relevant experience in Human Resources.

- Demonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologies.

- Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses.

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms.

- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

- Possess analytical ability.

- Ability to effectively present information to clients, public groups, boards of directors, employees, management.

- Proven experience in CSR or sustainability roles.

- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards
