Learning & Development Role - Consulting Firm

This Job Opportunity is with one of the leading US Based Consulting firms based in Gurgaon.

Requirements:

- Training need identification with respective business stakeholders

- Design & implement learning calendar as per the business needs and organizational competencies

- Collaborate with operations SMEs/ Senseis, facilitate & conduct trainings for the respective capability dev/ domain/ technical learning needs

- Training delivery for the capability development/ domain/ Technology areas

- Design & Implementation of consistent training frameworks and learning maps across projects

- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships with peers

- Experience in Instructional design, learning solutions and frameworks

- Experience in Learning content creation and training delivery

- Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint)

- Software & technology background - Good to have

- Problem solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up-to-date

- Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
