- Create thoughtful, smart, and relevant training modules and learning paths for different levels of career in the organization.

- Facilitate programs with ease and build strong brand with peers, HR function and business as a subject matter expert on L&D.

- Should have led, managed L&D and can track progress of the function through relevant metrics, reports, and data. Create relevant presentations for senior stakeholders.

- Implement talent development initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and career development.

- Work closely with HR to identify high-potential employees and create customized development plans for first line and supervisory level of leadership.

- Partner with Managers, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives meet the specific needs of business units.

- Build strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to enhance the organization's learning capabilities.
