You will work independently with several global vendors and leverage their strengths to the fullest to meet Ford's learning needs 4. You will work closely with Global and market L&amp;D leads to design and deploy Leadership and Professional Development Programs 5. You will have lead Leadership level training programs and facilitate strategic meetings and wokshops for senior executives 6. You will lead and support Global project management 7. You will support Digital L&amp;D strategy and execution Area of professional exposure (functional/technical skills) : - Experience of managing global/regional projects - ISD (Instructional Standards Design) for leadership programs - Facilitating Leadership programs - Effective presentation and persuasion skills - Leadership level facilitation - L&amp;D Program management for multinational company - Global organisation working knowledge - Cross cultural team working - Learning mindset and willingness to work in an ambiguous environment with high levels of agility - Ability to work with virtual and agile teams - Willingness to travel overseas if required
