Experience required in:&nbsp; 1-Designing and executing learning interventions with premier institutes basis the needs arising from the Talent Management process in the organization. 2-Managing and running calendarized programs arising out of the training needs. 3-Participated in conducting Training Needs Identification across various businesses to understand the training needs across every band. Involved the use of Focus Group Discussion, Manager Survey &amp; Individual Meetings. 4.Planning &amp; scheduling the training calendar /boot camps/top talent programs/senior leader sessions as a needs of various verticals. Interacting with senior leaders in the team to understand the training plan for the year.
