Role is to :

- Handle L+D on end to end basis

- Training Delivery

- Training Identification needs

- Training Calender Management

- Content Designing

- Evaluating Feedback

- Training & Development

- Organization Development

- Behavioural & Customer centric training

- Knowledge of Assessment centers and Psychometric tests desirable

- Relevant profiles with above exp from eCommerce/ Travel & Hospitality Background/ Logistics /FMCG / ITeS or Pharma would be preferred

Comp range upto 45 Lakhs
