- OD and Training development.
- Development of Training content.
- Responsible for executing the OD initiatives for the organization including Leadership and Training development.
- Conceptualizing, designing and deploying the need based Training interventions.
- Competency Mapping
- Design and develop the Assessment Centers.
- Execution of all Talent management processes.
- Design and develop Assessment Centers.
