THE PURPOSE
The purpose of this job is to support Business objectives by enhanced focus on Leadership Development and also to ensure a collegial climate of change, openness and collaboration. Also has to focus on Leadership Development, Managerial skill sets and on Research. It has to emerge as a seat of Future Thought Leadership for the Group.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES
- Assist in conceptualization, design and delivery of High end L&D Programs by partnering with world class Management Education institutes / vendors
- Support in Developing Corporate University at Nasik
- Help foster Learning culture in the group
- Support in Change management /OD interventions such as assessment/Development centers for the group.
- Design & Deliver Behavioral Managerial program
THE RIGHT PERSON
(a) Essential Attributes -
- Very sound fundamental knowledge (including conceptualization & developing particularly Leadership Development) on HR especially L&D/Change management
- Exceptional written & spoken communication
- Tech savvy
- Good presentation skills
- High on energy
- Quick on the uptake and abstract thinking
- Willing to travel
- Good at networking.
(b) Desirable Attributes -
- Comprehensive understanding of OD
- An understanding of general HR processes
MBA from Tier 1 MBA schools.
Experience: Post MBA 8—12 Yrs.
Opening for a Manufacturing company in corporate office at Mumbai.
