- Part of Talent Management team
- Define Development Road Map for the Organization. Align Business Leaders to deliver the Talent Agenda and Succession framework for the organization.
- Facilitate development of Leadership
- Facilitate knowledge sharing platforms
- Respnsible for Innovative Learning Methodologies
- Manage training calender
- Resonsible for delivery of training
- Supporst OD & business partners
- Open to travel
Desired Profile:
- MBA with 10 - 15 years experience in L&D / training.
