Manager - Learning & Development
Hiring Manager Learning & Development for a leading client based in Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis for the organization
- Translating the Need Analysis to Interventions for employees at various levels
- Designing a mix of training delivery strategy best suited for the need and audience
- Creating the Instructional design for various interventions using relevant instructional tools
- Designing complex instructional tools like Simulations, Case Studies, etc for specific interventions
- Conceptualizing, designing and delivering Leadership development Programs at various levels in the organization
- Providing instructional design guidance to the team and acting as the final reviewer for all content designed by the team members
- Effectively delivering training with the support of various learning technologies/ mediums
- Train the trainer programs for trainers
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and leadership development challenges. Design and implement training programs for all businesses based on gaps and best case practices
- Own and facilitate the front line leadership programs for all verticals
- Work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to address cross-functional issues
- Primary Responsibility for Delivering the L&D Agenda including Strategy, Planning, Budgeting, Delivery, Evaluation, ROI etc.
- Design and Deliver Leadership / Behavioral Training Across levels especially for Senior Management
- End to end Vendor Management
Desired Profile
- MBA with 8 - 12 years experience in L&D or Generalist HR roles with minimum 4 to 6 years in L&D.
