Jobs and Responsibilities
- Would be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis & Skills Analysis across functions & levels within the organization& prioritizing training needs.
- Will be responsible for end-to-end delivery for Learning and Development activity across business and functions which includes creating effective training modules& delivering in house training, creating structured feedback & follow up mechanisms.
- Build internal and external relationships to secure required resources and funding for the training.
- Work on Budget planning for the various training programs on a quarterly basis.
- Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
- Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
- To ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.
- To support Business team with wider range of learning activities like coaching, mentoring and leadership development programs.
- Responsible to conduct assessment centers across functions with effective use of assessment tools like MBTI, FIROB, 16PF, etc.
