Skill Set:

- Should have worked in L&D function for at least 7 years

- Hands on experience in TNAs, strategising training interventions, creating training calendars,I dentification and partner with best internal and external resources.

- Experience in implementing organization development interventions along with Learning and Development is desirable

- Should have very good communication and presentations skills

- OD Interventions as per business strategy
