- Works with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content in areas of manager and leadership development that enhances retention, transference of knowledge and workplace skills.

- Putting the learner first and designing human-centered learning experiences, from stand-alone solutions (in-person, online, self-service, etc.) to learning journeys as well as entire curricula and academies.

- Conducts analysis on current and legacy instructional materials for opportunities to improve effectiveness and learning outcomes.

- Deliver and facilitate Manager development and leadership development programs.

- Utilize performance-consulting techniques to engage with the business and across functional groups.

- Develop a variety of unique and specialized instructional strategies that improve performance and leadership effectiveness of the Organisation.

- Self-starter with an ability to drive projects to successful and timely conclusions while collaborating cross-functionally, multi-tasking and managing multiple project for best-fit learning solutions

- Experience in the leadership development, management development, and/or professional development area of skill building.

- Design of learning modules or training materials and assessment using knowledge about instructional design, pedagogy or adult learning approaches, techniques and methods.

- Applies end to end approaches (such as ADDIE or Design Thinking) to learning design and development.

- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills; strong program management experience; ability to multi task and excellent at follow up with attention to detail.

- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from a top tier Business School; with exposure to Managerial / Leadership Development; Organizational Design or related areas.

- Overall 5-8 years of experience in an IT services / product organizations, with hands on work experience in design/creation of organization programs and curricula using various modalities and using self-paced learning as key delivery method.

- Experience in learning needs analysis, learning strategy design and learning best practice assessment. Proficient in instructional design & design thinking methodologies.

- Certification in any behavioral psychometric assessment methodologies / tools will be an advantage.
