Position Focus:
- Possesses understanding of customer related management systems.
- Provides platform support in customer/internal meetings when necessary and
- Provides support for resolution of any general issues which require attention.
- Coordinates requirements between internal customer focused divisions and the customer.
- Provides coordination and technical interface between engineering and production plant environment.
- Analyzes customer and market needs and acts as a champion for future product direction while ensuring that Company objectives are achieved.
