As a part of the Performance Marketing team, you will launch new channels, develop existing channels with rigorous testing, and build strategies from the ground up for new products. Responsibilities - Lead paid user acquisition for one of our business verticals across all channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc. and be responsible for cost and performance targets - Take ownership of marketing investments, budgeting, reporting, ROI across channels for your business vertical. - Test new channels and technology to unlock newer audiences and inventory for accelerating growth Requirements - 2-5 years of performance marketing experience in a fast paced start-up or a leading performance marketing agency - Deep Expertise on the Google Ads Stack (Search / Display / YouTube Ads). - Project management skills: ability to prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward. - Strong Excel skills
