About the Role : We are searching for a product leader who can innovate and implement search and discovery projects for our top and middle of the funnel for Leap Scholar end to end.

The charter for this role includes :

- You will own company level metrics which are critical to the business

- You will own product strategy, product roadmap ,and execution

Ideal Persona :

- Someone who has owned an important head metric for a product successfully

- At least 3 years of product management experience, and at least 2 years in startups

- B2C product management experience is a must for this role

- Entrepreneurial experience would be a huge plus

- Product Launch/ Go-to-market experience will be a huge plus
