Job Purpose/Objective :
Work with Leaders and support in delivering its key goals of :
- Building and deploying a Group-wide Lean capability
- Creates tangible impact through clearly defined goals identified bottom-up
- End-to-end approach engaging cross functional teams
- Develop the Lean methodology, Lean training and development, executive management education and communication, sustainability and quality assurance
- Help transforming mindsets & behaviors
Accountabilities :
- To develop expertise on Lean methodology of the transformation and build lean capabilities of core team
- To make continual improvements to help achieve Organization their goals
- To be catalyst of change to facilitate the transformation projects
Key attributes :
- Flexible regarding hours of work and locations of work
- Strong communication skills and communicates well with all levels
Knowledge of:
- Prefer to have Operational improvement methodologies (e.g Lean, Six Sigma, TQM or other)
Qualification:
- Post Graduate
