Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) Technical Architect

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership in the architecture, implementation and maintenance of Lean Portfolio Management within a software-defined vehicle environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business strategies and objectives.
Solution Architecture:
- Design and architect lean portfolio management solutions that align with business goals, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and adaptability.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies to support LPM in a software-defined environment.
Transformational Strategy:
- Drive the technical aspects of the digital transformation within New Product Development, ensuring a seamless integration of Lean Portfolio Management practices.
- Develop strategies to extend LPM capabilities to other business units and ensure interoperability with existing systems.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, understand business needs, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on the progress, challenges, and opportunities related to Lean Portfolio Management.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development and LPM to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews of the technical architecture to identify and address potential issues or improvements.
Training and Development:
- Develop training programs to enhance the technical skills of teams involved in LPM and ensure widespread understanding and adoption.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the technical architecture and solutions.
Key Deliverables:
LPM Technical Architecture:
- Comprehensive architectural documentation outlining the technical aspects of Lean Portfolio Management within the software-defined vehicle environment.
Implementation Plans:
- Detailed plans for the implementation of LPM, considering phased approaches, timelines, and resource requirements.
Scalability Solutions:
- Recommendations and strategies for scaling LPM solutions to accommodate the growth of New Product Development and expansion to other business units.
Regular Progress Reports:
- Periodic reports on the status of LPM implementation, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed resolutions.
Training Programs:
- Training materials and programs to enhance the technical capabilities of teams involved in LPM.
Experience - 6 - 10 years
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, understanding or experience in Product Development
