We are looking for a competent Inventory Manager to monitor and report on the company's inventory. Responsibilities: 1. Software implementation for inventory and flow management 2. Knowing when to replenish stock and coordinating with a purchase manager 3. Monitoring : a. Stock levels in warehouses b. Stock in transit c. Damaged inventory d. Identifying slow moving and deadlocks. 4. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory 5. Making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time and that there are no shortages on shelves 6. Coordinating with domestic material suppliers and maintaining backups 7. Monthly and Yearly Inventory auditing in all warehouses and Documentation 8. Getting insurance of warehouse, incoming and outgoing inventory 9. Setting correct guidelines, safety measures, and protocols to handle inventory 10. Taking measures to avoid shrinkage, pilferage, and theft of the goods 11. Managing the warehouse team to ensure goals are met 12. Reporting to the senior on stock levels, issues etc. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position 2. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods 3. Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP) 4. Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports 5. An analytical mind with strong math skills 6. Excellent organizational and planning skills 7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 8. Reliable and trustworthy.
