- LeadSquared is looking to expand its platform to help our customers retain their end-users and grow their business. To this extent, we are expanding the product portfolio to include Customer Service use cases.

- Our goal is not to create a ticketing product, but a strong service platform which helps our customers to delight their end-customers.

The Role :

We are looking for individuals with experience in large implementations of multi-channel Service Automation and ticketing in large enterprises in Banking, Financial Services and other sectors to help LeadSquared build a strong Service Cloud.

The individuals will work closely with product and engineering teams by bringing in their vast experience of implementations and problem solving in service and ticketing across enterprises. Specifically, their responsibilities will involve:

- Review use cases, product requirement documents and provide detailed, documented feedback.

- Participate in customer meetings to dig deeper into their use cases and help validate product progress.

- Help prepare test cases, test data and other things needed to simulate customer environments.

- Work on templatizing implementation structure for some of the key verticals.

- Drive and own the initial beta-customer implementations.

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in implementations of Enterprise Service Automation and Ticketing systems

- Must have seen deployments of 500+ users that include multiple channels like telephony, chat, web & email.

- Deep understanding of contact center use cases.

- End to end understanding of implementations including integrations and reporting.

- Exceptionally well-organized with zero tolerance of leakage of any commitments

- Exceptional listening, presentation and communication skills
